Zoom Integration Support
If the user is experiencing issues with the Zoom integration (connecting their account, meeting creation, attendance sync), they should include the following information in their email:
- Your Space name
- The email address associated with your Zoom account
- A description of the issue and when it occurred

Privacy and Data Requests

Response Times
Support is provided in English. We typically respond within one business day. For urgent issues affecting an active Gathering or program, include “URGENT” in the email subject line.
